Burger Rush Guide: Perfect Patties, Bigger Tips and Three-Star Days
Burger Rush puts you behind the counter of a busy little diner. Animal customers line up with an order ticket, and you grill, stack and serve before their patience runs out. This guide explains how tips really work, what to buy first in the shop and how to keep three customers happy at once.

What is Burger Rush?
Burger Rush is a cooking and time-management game. Each day a queue of animal customers walks into your diner: Mittens the cat, Bruno the bear, Hoppy the bunny, Bamboo the panda and eight more friends who join as the days go on. Each one wants a burger built exactly the way their ticket says. You grill the patty, stack the parts in the right order and hand it over before their heart bar empties.
A day lasts only a few minutes, so it fits a short break. There is no fail screen to dread: if you do not reach the first star you simply play the day again, and the orders are the same every time you replay a day, so you can learn them.
The controls in one minute
Everything is a tap, on a phone or with a mouse.
- Read the ticket. It lists every part of the burger from the bottom bun upward. The bubble above the customer shows a small picture of the same burger.
- Grill the patty. Tap a patty in the fridge (beef, chicken, veggie or fish) and it goes on the grill. A bar under it fills as it cooks.
- Bun first, then the patty. Tap the bun while the patty cooks. When the patty's marker reaches the green zone, tap the patty on the grill and it jumps onto the bun as a perfect patty. Tapped a little early it is "a bit pink", a little late it is "well done", and if the bar reaches red it burns and a tap throws it away.
- Stack the rest. Tap each remaining part in ticket order: cheese, toppings, then the sauce.
- Serve. When the last part is on, the top bun closes and the burger goes out. If the customer also ordered sides, the Serve now button sends everything together.
Two small helpers are easy to miss: tap a customer to switch to their ticket, and use the bin button to clear a plate you have mixed up.

How tips are worked out
Every burger pays its price plus a tip, and the tip is where the stars come from. The game scores three things:
- Speed counts for the biggest share (about 40%). Serve while the heart bar is still mostly full.
- Cooking is about 35%. A perfect green-zone patty scores full marks, and a patty that is only "done" scores a lot less.
- Building is the last 25%. A wrong tap never lands on the burger, but each one takes a fifth off this part and makes the customer a little less happy.
Serve well several times in a row and a streak builds, adding up to 50% more to every tip. One slow or sloppy burger resets it, so on busy days it often pays to finish the customer you started rather than jumping around.
Fries and juice
From day 3, some customers add fries, and from day 5 a juice. Tap the fryer, wait for the bar to reach the golden zone and tap again to scoop. For juice, hold the tank (or tap once to start and once to stop) and let go on the green line. Ready sides wait on the Ready shelf until the burger is done.
Forgetting a side never loses a customer, but the side's price is taken off and the tip shrinks too. The simplest habit is to start the fries right after you put a patty on the grill, because both cook while you stack.
What unlocks on each day
| Day | New on the menu |
|---|---|
| 1 | Sesame bun, beef, cheese, lettuce, tomato, ketchup |
| 2 | Chicken, mayo |
| 3 | Onion, fries |
| 4 | Pickles, mustard |
| 5 | Veggie patty, orange juice |
| 7 | Swiss cheese, egg |
| 9 | Fish |
| 10 | BBQ sauce |
| 12 | Mushroom |
Chicken takes the longest to cook, while veggie and fish cook fast, so a mixed grill needs watching. Days also get longer: day 1 has four customers, and later days bring up to fifteen. From day 3 two customers can wait at once, and from day 6 three.
What to buy first in the shop
The shop has three tabs. Kitchen upgrades change how you cook, Decor makes customers wait longer, and Pantry adds new paid extras that customers pay more for.
- Potted Plants (50 coins). The cheapest patience boost in the game. Every decoration adds a little waiting time to every customer.
- Warming Lamp (80, then 220). A wider green zone and slower burning. This makes perfect patties much easier, and perfect patties feed both your tips and your streak.
- Hotter Grill (60, 150, 320). Faster cooking means faster service.
- Bigger Grill (90, then 260). Room for another patty, which matters once three customers are waiting.
- Tip Jar (70, 180, 360). Each level adds 10% to tips. Strong once you are already serving well.
Save the Turbo Fryer and Big Fry Basket until fries come up often. Pantry items such as the Brioche Bun, Avocado and Apple Juice raise what customers pay but also add more parts to remember, so buy them when the basic orders feel easy.
Getting three stars
The coin bar at the top shows three stars. One star opens the next day, and three is a perfect day. If a day ends on one or two stars, open Days on the title screen and replay it later with better upgrades: because the orders are the same, the second try is always easier.
Before release, the game was tested with simulated players of different speeds through the first 20 days. Fast, accurate players earned three stars every day. Slower players earned two or three stars and never got stuck. Players who ignored every side order still passed each day, but with only one or two stars, which is why sides matter for a perfect run.
Questions players ask
Is Burger Rush free?
Yes. It is free to play with no download and no sign-up. Coins are earned in the game and cannot be bought.
Is it suitable for children?
Yes. The customers are cute animals, nobody gets angry or hurt, and there is no chat. Younger children may want help reading the longer tickets on later days.
What happens if a customer runs out of patience?
They leave without paying, and your streak resets. The day continues with the next customer.
