Kedimz Adventure Guide: Five Worlds, Five Bosses and Every Kitty Gem
Kedimz Adventure is a side-scrolling platformer about an orange cat with a red scarf. Run, jump, bop blobs and collect coins across five worlds, each ending in a boss. We cleared the first level in 26.5 seconds on our first go, but missed every gem. Here is how to do better.

Kedimz Adventure will feel familiar to anyone who has played a classic platform game, but everything in it is original: the cat, the bouncy blob enemies, the music and five colourful worlds. Kedimz sets out to bring back the Golden Bells, one world at a time.
It plays well on a phone. There are big left, right, PAW and JUMP buttons at the bottom, and a keyboard works too.
Our first level: Sunny Start
The World Map opens on World 1, Meadow Hills ("Sunny fields and bouncy blobs"). Only 1-1 Sunny Start is open. Under each level are three gem outlines: those are the Kitty Gems hidden in it.
We pressed START and held right, jumping every second or so. That was a bit too simple: we bumped into green blobs early on and dropped to one heart out of three. We kept going, got back to two hearts, collected coins along a floating wooden platform, and hopped over a gap. We passed a green pipe with a little sign pointing down next to it, which means you can go down that pipe into a secret room. We ran past it.
At 0:26.5 we reached the end: Level Clear!, +13 coins, score 2,830, and 0 of 3 Kitty Gems. The level was done, but the gems were all still hidden.
The lesson: rushing gets you through, but exploring is how you get gems. Look for signs, pipes and blocks above your head.

Controls
| Action | Phone | Keyboard |
|---|---|---|
| Move | ◀ ▶ buttons (or joystick) | Arrow keys or A, D |
| Jump | JUMP (hold to jump higher) | Space, Up, W, Z or K |
| Paw swipe, fire, ice | PAW | X, J, C or Shift |
| Go down a pipe | Down or S | |
| Pause | ⏸ | Esc or P |
Keep holding a direction and Kedimz breaks into a run. You can also still jump a moment after running off a ledge, which helps a lot with gaps.
In Settings you can switch to a joystick, change the button size, and use a left-handed layout.
Damage is forgiving
This is a great game for younger players because mistakes are not harsh:
- If Kedimz is big, a hit makes him small first. Only after that do you lose a heart.
- Falling into a pit costs a heart and puts you back on safe ground. It does not end the level.
- Checkpoints refill your hearts.
- You start with 3 lives, and every 100 coins gives an extra life.
How to beat enemies
Stomp on enemies by landing on top of them, or paw swipe them when they are in front of you. Blobs are the easiest. Spiky enemies cannot be stomped or swiped, so throw a fire or ice shot, use a Star, or simply jump over them.
Power-ups
Hit blocks and break bricks to find:
| Power-up | What it does |
|---|---|
| Size Up | Makes Kedimz big, so a hit only shrinks him |
| Fire Paw | Throws fireballs |
| Ice Paw | Freezes enemies |
| Wings | A double jump |
| Coin Magnet | Pulls nearby coins to you |
| Star | Short invincibility |
The five worlds and bosses
Each world has three normal levels and a boss level:
| World | What it is like | Boss |
|---|---|---|
| Meadow Hills | Sunny fields and bouncy blobs | Grubbo the Mole King |
| Dune Desert | Scorching sands and cactus pods | Scarabo the Sand Tank |
| Crystal Ice Caves | Slippery floors and falling icicles | Frostfang the Yeti |
| Lava Castle | Fire bars, crushers and molten pits | Magmor the Lava Golem |
| Sky Kingdom | Floating islands above the clouds | Tempest the Storm Owl |
In the Ice Caves the floor is slippery, so start slowing down earlier than you think. Beat each boss to open the next world.
Kitty Gems and best times
There are 3 Kitty Gems in every level, 60 in total, and the map tracks your best time for each level. Gems are often:
- in a secret room down a pipe (look for a sign pointing down),
- high up, reached from a spring or a moving platform,
- behind a row of bricks you can break.
A good plan is to clear a level first, then replay it slowly looking for gems.
The Shop
Coins buy cat skins, hats and upgrades.
- Skins: Ginger (free), Midnight 150, Snowball 250, Grey Tabby 350, Calico 500, Siamese 650, Mint Pop 900, Galaxy 1,600 and Golden 2,600.
- Hats: from the Red Cap at 100 to the Royal Crown at 1,300 and the Halo at 2,000.
- Upgrades: Extra Heart (400, then 1,000), Start Big (600), Magnet Range (300, then 700), Extra Life (500, then 1,200) and Lucky Paw (+25% coins, 1,500).
Our tip: buy Extra Heart first. One more heart makes every level easier, especially boss fights. Start Big is the next best buy.
What changed after testing
Saves are now checked when they load so a damaged save cannot break the game, the shop was made more compact on phones held sideways, and a share button was added.
