Bus Bonanza Guide: Untangle the Lot and Board Every Passenger
Bus Bonanza is a colourful parking puzzle. A long queue of passengers waits in colour groups, and a packed car park holds cars, vans and buses pointing every which way. Tap a vehicle to drive it out, and the right passengers climb aboard. It looks simple. The trick is the order.

Bus Bonanza has the cheerful look of a toy car park. Level 1 is set on a beach, with umbrellas, palm trees and a boardwalk where the passengers queue. Each little passenger has a colour, and they wait in runs of the same colour. Below them is a row of parking spots, and below that a car park full of glossy vehicles, each with a big arrow on its roof.
Our first level
Level 1 starts with a hint: "Tap a vehicle: it drives out the way its arrow points." A pointing hand showed us a small blue car near the bottom. We tapped it, it drove up, looped around the ring road and parked in the first spot. The blue passengers at the front of the queue walked over and climbed in. We tapped a second blue car, and the blue passengers were soon gone.
Then the game said: "Pick the colour the queue needs next." The queue had moved on to red. We tapped the blue van on the right anyway, and it bumped into the red truck and shook, staying where it was. Its arrow pointed straight at the truck.
So we did it the proper way: the red car first, then the red truck, which freed the blue van's path. Last of all the yellow car and the blue van. Level 1 clear, +30 coins, and no power-ups used.
The two lessons: follow the queue's colour, and check what is in front of the arrow before you tap.

How it works
- Tap a vehicle to drive it out of the lot. It only drives forward, in the direction of its arrow.
- If something is in the way, it bumps, shakes and stays put. That does not cost you anything, but it does not help either.
- A vehicle that gets out drives around to a free parking spot.
- Passengers at the front of the queue board any parked vehicle of their colour. Cars seat 4, vans 6 and buses 10.
- A full vehicle drives off and frees its spot.
How you lose
You run out of space when every spot is full and the passenger at the front matches none of the parked vehicles. That usually happens when you park vehicles of colours the queue will not need for a long time. If it happens, you can undo, continue for coins or retry.
Power-ups
| Power-up | What it does | Best time to use it |
|---|---|---|
| VIP | Flies any vehicle, even a blocked one, to the special VIP spot | When the colour you need is buried deep in the lot |
| Arrange | Sorts the queue | When the colours in the queue are badly mixed |
| Jumble | Reshuffles the colours of vehicles in the lot | When nothing free matches what the queue needs |
| Undo | Takes back a move | Right after a tap you regret |
You also have three locked spots on the right of the parking row. They can be opened with coins for one level, which is a lifesaver on crowded boards.
Stars and coins
- 3 stars: finish without using any power-ups
- 2 stars: use one or two power-ups
- 1 star: use more, or continue after running out of space
Each win pays coins: 20 to start, a little more every five levels, and a 10-coin bonus for 3 stars. That is exactly why our Level 1 paid 30.
Tips
- Read the queue first. Look a few colours ahead, not just at the front.
- Look along each arrow. If another vehicle sits on that line, it will not move.
- Free vehicles that block others, even if they are not the colour you need yet, as long as you have spare spots.
- Buses are gold. A bus takes 10 passengers at once, so save it for a long run of its colour.
- Keep at least one spot free whenever you can.
- Save VIP for emergencies to keep your 3-star chance.
Themes and levels
There are hundreds of levels, and every one can be solved. Difficulty rises smoothly, with a few easier breather levels mixed in, and the scenery changes every five levels between beach, city, snow and night. The Levels screen shows your stars for every level you have played.
What changed after testing
Two graphics updates added more detailed vehicles, different-looking passengers and extra scenery. Pop-ups and results were tidied so they fit on short landscape screens, and the results card was adjusted so the More games link fits neatly.
