About the game
Horde Breaker is a twin-stick style zombie shooter built for touch screens. Auto-fire is on by default: you focus on moving and dodging while your gun locks onto the most dangerous zombie.
Survive five cursed maps, from Suburbia to a rain-soaked Night City. Between waves you pick roguelite power cards that stack for the run, and you can call in specials like an Air Strike or a Black Hole. The cartoon style keeps it gore-free.
How to play
- Move with the left joystick (or WASD). Your weapon aims and fires automatically.
- Keep moving. Brutes telegraph a charge, spitters fire acid, bloaters explode and crawlers lunge.
- After each cleared wave, pick 1 of 3 power cards. The perks stack for the rest of the run.
- Use your special when the ring is full. Kills recharge it faster.
- Throw grenades, drop an auto-turret and dash out of trouble; the dash gives brief invulnerability.
- Earn coins to buy and upgrade weapons, specials and survivor stats in the Armory.
